I was recently invited to another one of ChineseBite’s huge food feasts and we all know that you shouldn’t eat before attending. This time, we went to Victory Seafood Restaurant at Crystal Mall for a dim sum feast. Baked BBQ Pork Puns with Sweet Crust Topping
This was another favourite dish. I enjoyed the sweet and crumbly exterior with the savoury and hot BBQ pork inside.
BBQ Pork Pastry
Smoked Salmon Fruit Salad
This is the Asian imitation of a fruit salad. You’ll find that it’s overall sweeter than most salads.
Steamed Pork Rib with Taro
Steamed Bean Curd Wrapped in Mushroom and Abalone
My favourite dish out of the whole dim sum tasting! Savoury, somewhat greasy and very flavourful.
Steamed Rice Roll with Minced Meat and Chinese Donut (Yau Tiu)
Mixed Meat and Shrimp Dumpling in Soup
Sticky Rice Wrapped in Bun
Pan Fried Lotus Root Cake
Goes quite well with hot sauce but a bit dry on its own.
Pan Fried Shanghai Bao
Xiao Long Bao
Steamed Chicken Feet

Steamed Assorted Mushroom Rice Roll
This was one of their better dishes. Savoury from the soy sauce and slightly sweet from the stuffed mushroom/
