If you’re doing all of the tourist activities in Seattle, you’re bound to see a giant cheese stirring shop near Pike Place Market. Looking at the giant tub of cheese should make you curious enough to go into Beecher’s Handmade Cheese right?
I’ve been to Seattle over four times already and I finally went to Beecher’s to try their mac and cheese. Everyone was surprised that it took me this long to try them out. We were headed to the Cheesecake Factory after Beecher’s so we wanted something to share. I knew that their “World’s Best” Mac and Cheese would be very heavy so the three of us shared a large order.
Beecher’s World Best Mac and Cheese
This was the creamiest and richest mac and cheese I have ever had, perhaps even too creamy for me.
The cheese was definitely not dry, it was thick and runny to a point that it was almost chunky.
One big complaint I had was how salty this was but it could be just my personal preferences.
